The Personal Account selection is only for non-UMBC managed Adobe accounts (for example, individuals who purchased Adobe licenses directly from Adobe or student purchased licenses from the OnTheHub store). NOTE: If you are UMBC faculty/staff member, never select Personal Account as doing so will only give you access to trial versions of Adobe apps until you sign in correctly. Also, never sign into the Adobe Creative Cloud through Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Apple as doing so will also only give you access to trial versions of Adobe apps until you sign in correctly.ģ. NOTE: You must use your default UMBC email address when signing into the Adobe Creative Cloud since email aliases will only give you access to trial versions of Adobe apps. Type in your UMBC email address and then click Continue.To ensure your access to Adobe apps and services, please sign into the Creative Cloud desktop app as illustrated in the instructions below. Signing in to the Creative Cloud desktop app also automatically signs you in to any Adobe apps you have installed. For Adobe apps to function, you must be signed in to the Creative Cloud desktop app. The Creative Cloud desktop app is the main portal for accessing and licensing Adobe apps and services.
